The original building, located at Mill Creek Park and owned by the Argyle Community, was renovated. The Edmonton Japanese Canadian Society constructed additional areas, such as conference rooms and a library. Officially opened in 1994, the centre is maintained jointly by the Argyle Community and Edmonton Japanese Canadians.

Activities: community events, taiko, karate, senior’s meeting place and library
