About NAJC - Intergenerational Conference – Ottawa 1991
The conference brought together Japanese Canadians from all age groups and generations. The participants looked at the characteristics of the different generations and explored ways to overcome existing communication barriers. Issues raised were marriage and intermarriage, leadership, communication, immigrants, prejudices and biases, the role of women and defining culture.
