In 1991 the NAJC conducted a two-part workshop in Winnipeg and Edmonton to examine human rights issues as they relate to the Japanese Canadian community. These workshops provided a framework, action plans and strategies for the NAJC Human Rights Committee.
The Human Rights Committee organizes training workshops at regular intervals and maintains communications with its members through teleconferences or face-to-face meetings.
